Let the sun shine! Carinthia is the southernmost province and so called “California” of Austria, so most of your meals can be relished on our panorama terrace made of domestic larch wood – and with a fantastic view. Breakfast is served from 8:30 until 11:00h a.m.. We offer a small breakfast buffet and deliver fresh made food out of the kitchen, for example fruit salad, eggs, pancakes. Tea and coffee are freshly made per order.
If you don't like to have breakfast or if you have to leave very early you can cancel your breakfast with us the night before and we'll count it off your bill.

a dream !! And I personally like the idea of sustainability very well :) all in
all a magical getaway - unfortunately only a weekend ... but I want to come

So our house guests can have lemonades from lake Millstatt and craft beer from Loncium brewery at Kötschach-Mauthen and from MaliGrad in nearby Kamnik, just behind the Slovenian border ... Enjoy! Art meets kitchen, foodies meet a creative and yet familiar atmosphere. The "Stube", an old snuggery was re-designed by Berlin artist Wolfgang Flad, where we serve honest, simple and seasonal food. We offer fresh menus on changing evenings a week with freshly chosen local and regional ingredients. During the Winter time, you can have dinner with us every Saturday at the long table.
